Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time as described on our Support page.

2. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and included features are shown at the point of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and subject to the terms and refund policies of, that store. Manage or cancel them in your store account settings.
• Purchases made directly on the web are billed by our payment processor. You can cancel from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and, unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Changes apply from the next billing period.

3. No investment advice

The Services provide data, analysis and AI-generated content for informational and research purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or a recommendation of any investment strategy. Aletheron is not a licensed investment adviser, broker or dealer in any jurisdiction.

Financial markets involve risk, including the loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.

4. AI-generated content

Parts of the Services are produced by AI models and autonomous agents. Such output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, even when it appears confident. You should verify important information independently. We continuously work to improve accuracy but make no guarantee about the correctness of any output.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or regulation, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or redistribute data or content from the Services except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their infrastructure.
• Share your account, resell access, or use the Services to build a competing product using our data.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful or that contains malware.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, datasets, models and trademarks, are owned by Aletheron or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the Services.

7. Third-party data and services

The Services incorporate data and services from third parties, including market data providers, app stores and AI model providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aletheron and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or SGD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services, with reasonable notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Apple and Google app stores

If you use our applications on iOS or Android, the following also applies: these Terms are between you and Aletheron, not Apple or Google; the store provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; the store provider is not responsible for any claims relating to the application; and the store provider is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you through the Services or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
